1. Data controller

2. What we process
Photos you take or upload, the email address for your delivery, your order and selection, language, and payment status. We do not receive your card details — they are handled by Stripe.
3. Why we process it
To deliver the service you order, take payment and send your delivery link (performance of contract), and to meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4. Processors
We use trusted providers to host data, process payments (Stripe), edit photos (Autoenhance), create Evening photos with AI, and send email. They only process data on our behalf.
5. Storage and deletion
Photos are stored privately and are never shared or published by us. Unpaid sessions and photos are deleted automatically 48 hours after last activity. Delivered files are deleted automatically 90 days after delivery; accounting records are kept as required by law.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Contact ts@vislov.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
