1. Provider
Vislov Photo is provided by Vislov AS, org. no. 938 226 059. Contact: ts@vislov.no.
2. The service
You take or upload photos of your property. We edit the photos you select and can also create Evening photos and a property video. You do not need an account.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR, including VAT, before you pay. The total is calculated by us from your order. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Production only starts once payment is confirmed.
4. Right of withdrawal
Editing starts right after payment at your express request. You therefore accept that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully delivered. If production fails, you will get a refund for the affected part.
5. Delivery
When everything is ready, we send a private link to the email address you entered. The files can be downloaded from that page. Save the files yourself — download links are time-limited.
6. Your photos and use
You must have the right to photograph the property and to use the photos. You keep the rights to your photos and may use the finished files freely, for example in a property listing. Evening photos and videos are digitally edited and must not be presented in a misleading way.
7. Complaints and liability
Contact us at ts@vislov.no if something is wrong with your delivery. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Norwegian law applies.
